When he entrenched the Christian way of life into mainstream society, he took the biblical textbook of human life and wove it into the very fabric of the empire. Our entire concept of time hinges on this monumental integration. We organize human history by counting years in BC and AD. The Christian lifestyle was not meant to be an isolated hobby. It was the baseline reality, the absolute context for human existence.
Over time, a profound shift took place. Disciplines like Science, Psychology, Philosophy, Economics, and Sociology absorbed these Christian foundations. These secular streams of life got incorporated into daily routines, becoming seamless and foundational. They took the intellectual and moral fruit but ignored the root.
While these disciplines became the new operating system of society, organized religion receded. Religious leaders locked the door of faith under the guise of religion. They built walls, turning a comprehensive, robust lifestyle into a Sunday morning routine. Religion became a side thing, pushed into a corner of society. The architects of modern faith made it small, exclusive, and irrelevant to the daily mechanisms of human progress.
The statistics reveal the cost of this institutional retreat. As religious leaders gated off the faith, the public walked away.

We must recognize that Christian thought is the Context for life. The Bible is our textbook of how to live. Jesus Christ is Lord and Saviour precisely because He is the ultimate Role Model of what it means to be a human being. Through Him, we understand our true purpose and our highest potential.
Furthermore, the Holy Spirit is the spiritual force that lifts us from mere survival to true beingness. The fruit of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control) demonstrates exactly how noble the Holy Spirit is within us. These are not just religious concepts; they are the highest psychological and sociological ideals known to humanity.
It is time to stop treating the foundation of the world as a weekend side-hustle. We must step out of the corner, unlock the doors of faith, and restore the Context of Existence.
