In one paragraph
In the Age of Intelligence, machines now do the tasks schools spent a century training young people to perform. Qualped answers the question this raises: what is a young person now for. Our answer is the Qualped Life, a method that helps a young person design their own quality of life, the way a designer works to a brief. Across twelve months, our AI mentor QwaiAI guides each young person to find one true pursuit, write a Life Plan, publish a Smart Book of the future they intend to live, and gather a real community around it. We are inviting schools, youth organizations, sponsors, and investors to bring it to the young people in their care.
For a century, education prepared the young to be workers. AI is dissolving that contract in front of us. Roughly 2.4 billion people are aged 16 to 36, the largest such generation ever, and they arrive lonelier and more uncertain than any in memory. One in seven adolescents lives with a mental disorder. They are not short on desire. They are short on a path.
Stop teaching the young to race the machine on its own ground, a race they lose. Teach them the one work no machine can hold: to author a life. The Qualped Life turns that into a practice any young person can begin at sixteen, customizable to their own pursuit and values, and it is already built, running on QwaiAI and the wider Qualped platform.
The Qualped Life · the method in one line
Qualped means quality of life, personal designer. Rooted in Edward de Bono's design thinking, carried across twelve months with QwaiAI.
